These difficulties are compounded by significant language barriers, unfamiliarity with Australian society and systems, and the burden of mental health issues resulting from highly traumatic life experiences. Without employment, many asylum seekers face destitution. Through our Employment, Training and Skills Development programs, we work together to remove barriers to employment for asylum seekers.
